Hydrating Eye Cream

I find this eye cream light, smooth and non-irritating. A tiny amount goes a huge, long way. Since I have a history of very dry skin and flaking around my eyes, I apply it on my eyelids as well as the contours. Typically, by the end of the day my eye creams are no longer effective, and the flakiness returns. However, this cream lasts the whole day.
