Due to a possible UPS strike, we will be using the US Postal Service to ship our orders. All orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time on July 21st will be shipped by USPS. Expedited shipping will also be temporarily unavailable.
How much are shipping charges?
To contiguous states:
Ground: Orders under $125 = $9. Orders $125 or more = FREE
2nd Day: $55 (Available for orders $175 or more)
Next Day: $85 (Available for orders $175 or more)
Please Note: Expedited order must be placed before 1pm Eastern Time for it to ship out on the same day. 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries are not guaranteed and does not include weekends and holidays. For example, if the order was placed after 1pm on Friday and Monday is a holiday then the package will ship out on Tuesday. We ship by UPS for a majority of our orders but will occasionally ship by USPS if it is more efficient.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Can I pick up at your store instead?
We do not have a retail location where you can pick items up. Please place your order online.
When should I expect to receive my order?
We usually ship orders out within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Do you charge sales tax on shipping?
Sales tax will be charged on shipping and on products going to New York State. Tax rate varies by the shipping county.
Do you ship internationally?
We generally DO NOT ship outside the United States except for Canada. Buyer is responsible for duty, customs and all other fees that may apply. For all international shipments, please contact us prior to placing the order.
How do I return/exchange a product?
To return/exchange a product purchased directly from us please call 212.221.4600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any products purchased from one of our retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

When can I expect to get the refund?
Refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 days against the original method of payment. We reserve the right to change the policy at our sole discretion.
Will the shipping and handling fees be refunded?
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund amount. You are required to pay for return shipping.
What is the deadline for returns/exchanges?
For all returns/exchanges, an RMA number must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and we must receive the returned merchandise within 2 weeks after the RMA number is provided.
Are there any items that can't be returned/exchanged?
Yes. Items that are opened and used cannot be returned/exchanged.

Regent Bond Inc is the distributor company of Biodroga products in the USA. It is not a fraudulent charge and there is no need to be concerned.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Baden-Baden, Germany using Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure the highest quality and consistency in every product.
Are your products tested on animals?
Our products are not tested on animals. We have been following an anti-animal testing procedure for over 25 years.
What is your product shelf life?
Unopened products can last approximately two and half years or more if stored properly in a cool, dry place. Opened products can usually last around 6 to 12 months.
